#1 Concurrent Session - Personal Legacy: FWN's Legacy to the NextGen LIMITED

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity seats available

Do you have a job or do you have a career? You have a job if you’re “doing” and you don’t feel like you’re achieving. You have a career if what you do creates a path of where you want to be at a particular time frame.

This is where you begin - developing your legacy by creating your My Personal Portfolio, the foundation for your professional career.

Attendees will learn the nine components of creating My Personal Portfolio.

1)   Your image on print -
  • a fantastic Resume that describes what you’ve done the last 10 years

  • a Bio that describes your professional accomplishments, volunteer work and potential in 500 words
2)   Your elevator pitch – crafting a 20-second compelling statement that describes you who you are and what you do (brief and persuasive)

3)   Your image online –
  • Professional headshot

  • Action shot

  • Social Media – LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter
4)   Your professional image –
  • Finding an image consultant

  • Dressing to Influence

5)   Your professional network –

  • Professional organizations you join

  • Volunteerism

6)   Your network of mentors – expanding your world; how to ask

  • Your Advisory Board - multiple femtors and mentors to guide and advice on achieving your career goals

  • Your Allies

7)   Your network of sponsors – opening doors to the world you imagine

  • Landing an advocate – someone who’s senior in your organization who will advocate on your behalf for development and promotion opportunities

  • Your Advocates

8)   Your professional and lifestyle coach/es

  • Helping you make sense of your career and personal desires

  • Looking out for you ONLY

9)   Speed Femtoring – this is where you launch your professional network

The Moderator will reserve 10-15 minutes of the allotted time so attendees will be able to synthesize the issues and/or comments raised by the conversationalists and can have a discussion among themselves. We will then ask each group to voluntarily report back with a 1-2 minute Action Statement.

AUDIENCE ACTION: Group conversations on issues raised by the speakers. Strategies and actions? 2 minutes for each Group Report.

  • What’s lacking in my portfolio? What’s the one thing I can do when I leave the summit?

Dress Code: Business; please wear your FWN name badge at all times

Contribution:  Included in All-Access Summit Pass registration

IMPORTANT: Please wear you FWN name badge in order to board shuttle. Your name badge color will identify you as a Full-Access Summit Pass Holder.

Transportation shuttle provided if you are registered for the Full-Access Summit. ** Shuttle is exclusively for Full-Access Summit Pass Holders only.

President and CEO, BCP Dermatological Corp., Dermaline Inc., Stalder Laboratories Inc.
Diana Stalder, DS Cafe, BCP Dermatological Corp., and Stalder Laboratories Inc. are just a few names denoting quality skincare and wellness in the Philippines. And behind the success of these named brands is a woman, who simply had a strong determination to follow her dream and passion to succeed. She is Dina Dela Paz-Stalder, one of the pioneering pillars in the skincare market, who with her humble beginnings, had her own share of uphill climbs and struggles before getting to where she is successfully now. After obtaining a Medical Technology degree at Centro Escolar University in 1985, Dina set out on her first professional career as Medical Representative for a leading dermatological company, which hinted the direction she would be taking onwards. Her next journey would see her taking off for England, where she took the challenging work of a domestic help, just to take up skincare courses which interested her so much. Her hard work paid off, as she was able to apply her learnings into full use upon returning to the Philippines, providing customized formulations to Dermatologists through her established retail arm, Beauchamps Pharmacy...
