Wonder Workshop’s award-winning Dash & Dot robots teach how to code, igniting curiosity and confidence through play while learning essential 21st century skills.
Wonder-Full Adventures with Robots: Dash and Dot brings the creativity and critical thinking of programming or coding to life while interacting with an engaging robot.
Train the Trainer:
Bring this concept to your classrooms and clubs. You will be programming your own Dashes and Dots creating wonderful adventures.
Working in tandem with a tablet or smart phone and a growing suite of free apps compatible with more than 20 iOS and Android devices, Dash and Dot make difficult computer science concepts as easy as finger painting. Discover a world of learning and fun with the lovable robots that bring imaginations to life and encourage problem solving by exploring the possibilities that programming their own robots create.
Dash and Dot have already been adopted in more than 10,000 elementary classrooms worldwide with educators applauding their ease of use and the collaboration they inspire, while introducing coding to kids.

Wonder-Full Adventures with Robots: Dash and Dot will include the following:
  • The programmable ‘bots that enable every child at heart to explore STEM principles and gain access to vital 21st century skills in a language they can understand. The workshop provides hands-on experiences with STEM principles like conditionals, variables and sequences through coding languages that program the way a kid thinks.
  • Each attendee will work with a sophisticated, responsive real pair of robots, packed with learning designed to delight.
Intended Outcomes
  • Introduce attendees to STEM disciplines for the purpose of broadening participation.
  • Our use of culturally relevant tools, particularly a pair of robots that the participants program, situates STEM learning, such as math and science, in a way where the student can conceptualize the content.
  • Provide a two-prong benefit, in that students learn with ease the core concepts and gain reinforcement of this learning through the use of computing and digital design.
